Privacy promise
Private by default. Careful by design.
WholeWay is designed for parts of life that deserve care: health, faith, emotions, relationships, prayer, and family reflections. This page explains how we protect that trust during the pilot.
What we collect
We collect only what is needed to support your daily rhythm and pattern insights: your account information, body/soul/spirit check-ins, optional Apple Health summaries, life events you choose to log, rhythm-card feedback, reflections, and Heritage Vault entries you choose to save.
What we do not do
We do not sell your health, faith, family, prayer, reflection, or Heritage Vault data. We do not run ads. We do not make your private content public. We do not share legacy entries automatically.
Apple Health is optional
You can use WholeWay without connecting Apple Health. If you choose to connect it, we ask for limited summary signals such as sleep duration, steps, resting heart rate, HRV when available, and workouts when available. We do not store raw HealthKit dumps.
Your life-event logs are private
You may choose to log events such as alcohol, caffeine, late nights, stress, conflict, exercise, prayer, Scripture, Sabbath, gratitude, service, or social time. We use those logs as private formation context to help you notice patterns. We do not use them as labels, diagnoses, or moral judgments.
AI and private content
The app does not call AI providers directly from your phone. AI calls happen server-side, and we minimize private content before any AI request. Your private reflections are not used for AI training by default.
You stay in control
You choose whether health permissions are enabled. You decide whether a reflection stays private or is saved for loved ones someday. You can request account deletion or an export of your data.
